Concept development in six days. For my 6th semester exam, I made a concept with the working title Moodboard. My idea was to create a social network consisting only of lead users, gathering trends and inspiration. Much like Pinterest, really. The big difference being that innovative businesses in search of inspiration, could then pay for a unique, well sorted insight in the lead users mind. In return, the user would be paid for his/her contribution.

The video above was part of my presentation, and meant to be a promotion video for fundraising and awareness.

My concept arises from the theory, that early adopters is hard to maintain, as soon as a product or a service hits mainstream. Businesses should focus on innovation long before the end of af products lifecycle. Moodboard creates the opportunity for business to be in sync with their lead users thoughts all the time.

Competition entry to Samsung's Design That Performs. Samsung Galaxy Tab is a brilliant device for sharing ideas, work and presentations. When people are gathered around a table, though, it is difficult for everybody to view the screen from a good angle.

Galaxy Tripod is a mechanical device to easily position the Galaxy Tab in almost any direction. It rotates 360 degrees horizontally and tilts up to 70 degrees vertically, thereby giving the presenter a good platform to work the device and then turn it towards the client to view.

Galaxy Tripod is made from casted metal and have an attached suction disc to fit the back of any Galaxy Tab.In collaboration withMaria Lindstrøm

Competition entry to Samsung's Design That Performs. SKETCHER allows the user to quickly mix the digital and the tangible — and easily switch between the two, getting the best of both worlds. It is our believe that this would enhance creativity and bring out a new aspect of Samsung Galaxy Tab.

Samsung Galaxy Tab offers the entire internet and ones own media on a lit screen. When using the device in a creative workflow, it is helpful to have all of that within reach. In a drawing app, you can to zoom in and out, ctrl. Z and have all the brushes and colors imaginable at hand. Sounds great — but at certain stages not necessarily an advantage.

A physical sketch requires a different commitment which is the spice and speed of a great idea. The size, the mistakes and the usage of a good old pencil mixes in some heart and soul. There is something different and freeing about sketching with your hands. Something we feel should be cherished and exercised.

With Sketcher, Samsung Galaxy Tab can be used as a lightbox, where a photo or an older sketch can act as a backdrop. Imagine an architect sketching directly on top of Google Streetview or a fashion-designer sketching on a photo of a client.

Sketcher is made of bended plexiglass, with an area of milled creases allowing the plexiglass to bend and hold up the device in an angle, with a slight bounce, for better drawing comfort. A PVC clip clicks on to fixate the paper while drawing, and to hold the two ends together, while closed.

Sketcher would come with an app that scans your sketch and layers it digitally on top of images and the previous sketch, thereby saving the creative process to flip though. In collaboration withMaria Lindstrøm

Prototyping and 3D-printing. This pendant is inspired by a seed capsule the very moment it bursts open and releases its seeds.

The shape is originating from a sphere and separating into an inner and an outer shell towards the bottom.

It is imagined to be part of a series of different stages in an opening process. From almost closed to wide open, creating an array of shadow formations and degrees of light.
